Ya'll I need help! I have had my blaze for a few months now. I had lost the charger and it had died and I finally was able to get a new charger and get it all charged up today. When I went into my Fitbit app it wouldn't sync so I logged out and back in, and it still wouldn't sync so I deleted the blaze from my fitbit app and now it won't Set it up at all. I have tried turning on and off the bluetooth, restarting my blaze and phone, shutting down the blaze, connecting and disconnecting the bluetooth some more, and now even though I have a full battery and it is on when I go to set it up it doesn't recognize that it is on and it tells me to make sure the balze is on. I need help and am getting very frustrated!!!! Thanks in advance for any and all help!
Best AnswerDid you remove the Blaze from the phone? You say you removed it from your fotbot account, but weenie removed from the Bluetooth?
So would telling Fitbit that I do not want to use the Fitbit fix a problem when the Fitbit app can not sync with tracker.? M

Best AnswerYes I have tried everything under the sun. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+. I even reached out to the support team and all they did was offer me a discount to buy a new one.
