I'm new to the world of Fitbit and having a little trouble setting up app notifications such as whatsapp and Facebook.
I have an iPhone 6, now running ios10.
Everywhere I have looked has said there should be a "app notifications" within the "notifications" section of the Fitbit app.
However, there is no app notifications section, I only have options for calls, texts and calendars - which all seem to be working fine.
Any help on how to get third party app notifications on my blaze would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Mark

fortunately you have an iPhone @Markwigan
from the home screen tap settings
scroll way to the bottom and tap fitbit
tap notifications and be sure "allow" slider is on
hit the back arrow in the upper right twice
tap whatsapp or facebook
tap notifications and be sure "allow" slider is on

@Markwigan Also - in addition to what @wmchapman posted, the ability to receive 3rd party notifications come with the most recent update which is still being rolled out to users, so if you have not received that update yet, that feature won't be there.

The above didn't seem to work.
I still have no app notification options on the blaze, or on the Fitbit app. All notifications are on 'allow'
My Fitbit app updated earlier today to version 2.27? Any idea if that's the newest version?
