the band for the blaze is poorly made & breaks 2-3 times per year. Customer service will NOT replace & does not stand behind their product.

I'm sorry to hear about your band 😕 Now, this will all depend on your warranty status which covers you for one year. If you're under warranty, our team will go head and replace the band without a problem, so if they didn't offer a replacement I would say it would be because of your current warranty status.
