blaze screen not working

 my blaze screen has gone black and is not responding i have tried resetting a number of times and it vibrates but still has no display.

It's great to have you here @ant13! Thanks for the restart that you've tried. I would like you to confirm that you followed these steps to restart it and make sure you properly charged it.
