I've had my fitbit Blaze ever since it came out. so about 2 years? it has been great no problems until now and my daily routine has not changed. it dies almost every 1 to 3 hours and then when I plug it in it says the battery is full( all green) . so I then am able to wear it for about another hour. I have tried shutting it down and restarting it, letting it "charge" for a few hours and I have it on pretty much all the battery saving techniques. and yet the battery still won't make up its mind on whether or not it wants to be fully charged, red, or dead.
please help.
please and thank you!
