Fitbit Blaze Battery

My Blaze Battery won't stay charged for more than 2 days. I contacted customer service and she confirmed that the battery is bad but since I have had my Blaze for more than 365 days the only thing they can do for me is offer me 25% off of a new tracker. So I am expected to spend close to $150 for a new tracker where there is a good chance that the battery will die in less than 2 years.

Welcome to the Community @MandyMullinax! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your Blaze. Each case is reviewed individually and the option that Customer Support will provide you is going to be based in the Fitbit Warranty

Your understanding is appreciated!
