I had recently got a Fitbit Blaze, before my purchase I checked to see if it was compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. My phone was not on Fitbits list of devices so i figured it worked. When I tryed syncing it to my phone it wouldn't sync. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can it be solved.

Unfortunately, the fitbit list of devices at www.fitbit.com/devices shows those devices that do work. As yours it not on that list you may have a problem.

As mentioned, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is not a compatible phone and that's why your tracker is not connecting with it. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, I recommend in the meantime, sync your tracker with your computer or compatible device. Also, you can keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.
