Just a few days ago, Fitbit rolled out new clock faces for the Fitbit blaze. I successfully changed the clock face on my Fitbit blaze and moved on with my day. But since then, the Fitbit app will not let me change the clock face anymore. I go under settings and select "Clock Face," and I am taken to a blank screen. No clock faces are shown and there is no way to change the clock face. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone, and even waited for another update, but nothing will fix this. Any ideas?

Hello @tmizel10,
Hmm... Curious. Does it work if you select a clock face from device settings?

The clock faces were pulled until the issues are solved and the upates are completed. They will then be put back. If you have one on your blaze that works, probably best to stick with that until the updates are done. My update works great other than the clock faces so leaving it be. I currently have the Argyle face on my fitbit.

Hmm... It works just fine from my Microsoft Lumia 950. Just switched from Original to Pop to Flare without issues.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Cabb1024. If you are having issues changing your clock face, I recommend restarting your Blaze and try to change the clock face again. Now, if the issue is directly with syncing, follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
