I've had my Blaze for a couple years now, no problems. Today I wore it for a walk (which I tracked), then I washed my car in my driveway and it got wet--just overspray from the hose, not submerged. When I came inside and tried to sync my Fitbit with my phone, it appeared dead, and my latest walk was not showing in the Fitbit app. I let it lay on the table or a few minutes and I saw the logo appear on the screen; I then checked the app and my walk had uploaded to my phone. So I figured all was well. I put my Fitbit in it's charger and took a shower. When I took it out 30 minutes later to put back onto my band, it appeared dead. No clock, no logo, nothing. I tried holding left button and lower right button x 15 seconds, no effect. When I put it back in the charger, it does not start charging--it has no signs of life.
Did I really kill my Fitbit just by getting it sprayed by the garden hose? Any way to fix this?
Thanks,
Andy

You should put it in rice for 48 hr so it draws the water out
You might of hurt it by charging it before it was dried out.

Best AnswerMy Blaze is also DOA. It doesn't show evidence that it is recharging and I cannot restart according to fitbit instructions. I am waiting for fitbit Support to get back to me but truthfully I expect that it has dies a natural death.
