Fitbit Blaze Heart Rate Monitor Not Reading

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My heart rate monitor is not reading, it is stuck at 66 resting beat. I have tried restarting the fitbit, shutting it down, turning the heart rate monitor on instead of on auto, re-syncing it all, and both green lights on are on. Please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @JMYD! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've done. Resting heart rate shouldn't change that much as the average resting heart rate is 60-80 beats per minute, according to the American Heart Association website.

I would like you to double check your heart rate information throughout the day to see if it's changing. When you've been sitting for a while and then start walking or doing exercise, the live heart rate should change, please continue checking this.

You can learn more about it hear rate information you're getting, by checking What should I know about my heart rate data?

Keep me posted!
