Hi,

I think everyone is having this problem, and it might be a software issue.

Could you do me a favor and press it down on to the cradle until logo appears, lift slightly (about a second or less) then press back down into cradle and close it and see if it boots up with an actual charge? If that doesn't quite work, lift it slightly and press down, and do that a few times before closing it into the cradle. The battery should read something that isn't 100%, but might still be low. It should charge though.

If that does work, can you leave it charging, but after about 3 minutes, lift slightly from cradle, then put back down and repeat a few times to see if it slowly adds to the charge?

Finally, if you leave it for 3-4 minutes, does it suddenly say 100%?

I tried as per you suggestion but still the same problem persists. Still there is no charge, one Red colour point only in the Fitbit pebble showing.

Thank you for the suggestions but still the same problem persists. My Blaze pebble is still not getting charged. It is more or dead battery wise now. And hence not in a position to restart with the Fitbit logo & the main display screen.
