Fitbit Blaze Not Setting Up

Hello!  I purchased and rec'd my Fitbit Blaze today around 2:30 p.m.  I charged it based on some reviews I received for approximately three hours.  I understand that I would not see any type of indicator light stating that it was charging or when it was completely charged.  So I started the setup on my computer and the tracker was found but I eventually get an error message that says "Could Not Complete your Fitbit Blaze Update."  I tried a couple of times to no avail. 

 

Please advise any next steps I should attempt.  Thanks much.

A warm welcome to the Community @pamelaw03, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

I would like to know if you keep having issues updating your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting it. After this procedure, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there to update your Blaze.
