I recently got a Fitbit blaze and have been loving it ever since. I just went on a vacation with my family and the touch screen stopped working, I have tried resetting it multiple times and am worried it will not work again. I love the watch but this problem has rendered it useless to me unless I can fix it. If anyone knows what’s wrong or can help please let me know.

Also, the band is coming apart where the screws attach the band.
Best AnswerWow I am having the same issue sometimes and now my screen is just black although vibration is working. Very disappointed the Fitbit site isn’t even selling this model anymore they should offer a replacement of lesser model or credit to a higher model in really close to just giving up on Fitbit
