Fitbit Blaze & customer service

I am very disappointed in the customer service I've received. I have purchased two versas and one blaze and have the alta for two of my kids. I have always purchased fit bit but will no longer. I contacted customer service due to the Blaze malfunctioniong and only working while on the charger. I was placed on hold and then told that since it is over a year old by 2 months the watch was not covered. They said that they could only guarantee the watch work for the 1 year warrantee. I mentioned that this was concerning since I just spent over 6 hundreds dollars a Christmas and the company doesn't guarantee a 200-450 product for more than a year and was told that I could get a coupon for 25% off because she didn't have the Blaze available anymore. I was then asked if I had any further questions or concerns?  I was a little taken back since nothing had been resolved. They didn't bother to trouble shoot since she said I couldn't see a green light. Save yourself money and the trouble and go with a company that will back their product.
