My Fitbit blaze worked fine yesterday. I ran almost 7 miles and it tracked my work out fine.. After I finished the exercise on my Fitbit the screen went black and I assumed it was dead.. When I got home, I put it on the charger and it immediately overheated. In maybe five minutes it got so hot that I couldn't take it out of the charger with my bare hands. I left it off the charger all night and charged it for a moment this morning without overheating.
The screen is black and it's not tracking any moments.. I think it's dead.... After only having it for less than a year, I'm a little disappointed.. I would like to get this fixed..

It is still unknown as to the cause of my blaze no longer working but FitBit has sent me a replacement device..
I am pleased with the resolution, but I am displeased with the amount of time it took to come to a solution. The customer support group is very kind, but the responses are not prompt and it is a little hard to handle.

I would like to know if you have followed our friend's recommendation and get in touch with our support team? Have you received a response or solution from them?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
Best AnswerI have been working with the support team, but the recommendation they gave me did not work and I have yet to hear anything back in response. I just want my device to work again!
