Hi, I really need your help. My Blaze has suddenly when blank no lights and it won’t restart. If I put it in the charger the logo comes up and the battery icon will flash in the top corner but it goes blank again the minute I take it out again!

 

Please help 😫

My Blaze did the same thing yesterday. I can reset the Blaze, the FitBit logo appears, then black scree with the battery symbol showing in the upper left corner. My Blaze is still recording my steps, but no screen. I have reset the screen three (3) times with the same outcome, FitBit logo, black screen with battery symbol in the upper left corner. Any ideas would be appreciated!
