Fitbit Blaze blinking the diamond

My Fitbit blaze all of the sudden just started blinking the diamond. I tried shutting it down. It would not work. What can I do to fix it?

Blinking the diamond usually means you've lost connection during a sync.

Since you can't get to the turn off feature with your screen busy, try this:

 

  • Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  • Let go of the buttons.

You may have to restart your mobile too
