Fitbit Blaze charging problems

PLEASE I NEED help with my blaze!!!! My problem looks absolutely the same however that's on YouTube https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CzR_cPHETNI

 

I did update, restarted all blaze, connected with different phone, cleaned all on the back and still nothing;(

Have you tried a different USB port?

 

How are you charging it? See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Have you tried shutting the Blaze off? Then plugging it in to charge?
