Fitbit Blaze counted steps while charging

Hello everyone!

Last night I charged my Fitbit Blaze overnight while sleeping (as I always do). When I woke up this morning the time was 2 hours off (reading 7:30 at 9:30 for example) and I had over 1000 steps logged. Odd, but I turned it off and on several times and the time fixed itself. However, those steps that I never did were still on there. I was going to call customer service later on, but was wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this before? Its been working fine since then, but I have extra steps on there that I didn't do..

Welcome to the forums!

Was a fan going on or a window open? Both these can cause false steps.
