Hi I would like to know if I will receive help
I bought my fitbit last year september
The device is still under warranty my issue is 2 months after I bought it I met up in a major accident and the screen cracked from then till now I've requested help but never got anything sorted out they made me open up a case and email pictures only to respond saying they offering a 25 percent voucher I responded by saying this is not fair as paying so much for the device and receiving no proper help is bad for the company when I rejected this they did not respond at all and left me in the dark
I am very disgusted with the service and I feel like cutting it out and telling everyone one I know never to buy a fitbit device as I never had a problem with Apple or Samsung
