Fitbit Blaze died

Hi! My Fitbit Blaze went blank yesterday and I haven't been able to switch it on again. I have tried rebooting it and holding down the left button as suggested on this forum but it still doesn't work. It's not even charging when connected to the charger. HELP me please!!! I love my Fitbit and I'm already having serious withdrawal symptoms.
