Had it for a while. It worked fine last night. Put it on charge today and now it's not showing a charging battery they screen lights up in the charger but it doesnt do anything else and wont come on out of the charger.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your tracker not responding. I'd like to help you out with this.
Have you tried to restart your tracker? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
I would also like to know if even when your tracker is not responding, is it syncing to your account or will not do anything at all?
