Fitbit Blaze got scratch on screen

Please note that although the screen is gorilla Glass but I have got severe scratches on my blaze screen during sports activities. Kindly advise if Fitbit will replace my Blaze or not.

although bills and damage photograph already send to them.

What did you expect? You are damaging the screen yourself

Well the screen is not suppose to get damaged, or else no use of gorilla
glass. If the watch is to be used for sports than how can one protect it
during sporting activities. It should not get damaged and scratches on
screen as promised during purchase.
