Wow, that doesn't look any good. It looks like if it was TV white noise or something like that.

My blaze has just started doing the exact same thing. It's started not holding it's charge & then I get the static white screen when I go to charge it! Help please - only had it since Christmas 😢

Hi there @Becci1925. Great to see you around! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your screen and battery not working as they should...
As @Mdvonline says, this can be reviewed by our Support Team for you to get a replacement. Now, for the screen problem... have you tried by any chance to restart your tracker? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that see how it goes.
For the battery not lasting as it should, I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options for you to get you back on track.

I used the 'reset' function, and my snowy / static screen disappeared. Screen is clear once again! 🙂

Hello,
I just received the static screen on my blaze this morning and did the reset but now it's just stretched out time and fit bit symbol on the screen. I only just got it for Christmas in 2017, any thoughts on how I can fix it?

The fit bit people on here contacted me and had me take pictures of it and send it to them and since it was under warranty told be to send it in and they'd send a replacement. I never received the replacement, sorry this isn't much help.
