Dear Team,
I have connected the blaze charger to my laptop. But it says "Unknown USB Device" and is not getting charged.
Request you to kindly provide the necessary troubleshooting steps for the same.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not charging. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.
If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
