Fitbit Blaze is not responding

My Blaze had the low battery symbol after it had been on charger all night. It then turned off and screen is black and no green flashing lights. Put it on charger for the night but nothing happened. Put it on my BF's charger but nothing happened. Ive held the bottom right and left buttons for 15 seconds but nothing happens. PLEASE somebody give me some suggestions.
