A warm welcome to the Forums @donnie3v. If the LED lights in the back of your tracker are not blinking, I recommend verifying if your heart rate feature is on or auto. If it is not, please put this option in on or auto by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap Account
2. Tap Blaze
3. Tap Heart Rate
4. Select "On" or "Auto"
5. Sync
If this doesn't work, then you can Restart your Blaze.

@Albstatter have you tried the shutdown command yet.
On the Blaze you will find it under setting.
If that doesn't help @AlejandraFitbit posted a link to support.
