My Fitbit Blaze is losing all time and date data when placed on charge. I understand that by turning it off it loses all memory and needs re-synced but I'm placing it on charge before it runs out of battery yet it still loses all time and date settings. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Is my device faulty?

@Andejam06 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Blaze its losing the time while you charge it. This is odd. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
