Fitbit Blaze no longer syncing with iPhone 7

My Fitbit stopped keeping time and would no longer connect to iPhone Bluetooth or sync. Basically it won’t do anything! I have latest update on my iPhone 7 and latest firmware and app for Blaze. I tried all the suggestions I have read about and nothing worked. Now I am stuck with a Fitbit that I cannot add back to the app and is not seen by IPhone Bluetooth. Help!

Hi there @Joerayrg. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not syncing to your phone 😕

Thanks for all you've tried to get it working. I can probably suggest a couple of things to try in this situation.

First, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After this, also remove your tracker from the Bluetooth settings on your phone to remove the bond.

Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".

Now, double check that your app and your phone's OS are up to date and proceed to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need anything else!
