I have reinstalled app numerous times, have reinstalled blaze as a new product numerous times, have rebooted my blaze, then deleted it from my Bluetooth on my iPhone 7. I cant get it to reconnect to Bluetooth because it isn't recognizing it now. nothing is helping. I even turned my iPhone 7 off and restarted it.

Hi there @kathrine333! Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Blaze not connecting to your iPhone 7 but thanks for what you've already tried!
When you say that you deleted it from your Bluetooth, does this mean that you unpaired your tracker From the Fitbit app or from your connected Bluetooth devices? Just in case, makes sure it was the second thing that you did. For that, make sure to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
Then give your Blaze a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
In general, make sure that your phone is up to date on the latest version of the OS and installing the app will make it be the latest available version, so that should work.
Hope this helps and please, let me know if you need more help!
