After running for more than 30 minutes and pressing "done" afterwards, syncing the app, the Fitbit app is not capturing workout.  Happened twice already.  This is happening after I updated my app and blaze.  Please help?

A warm welcome to the Community @Willie_deWet. Could you please tell me how are you logging your exercise? Are you seeing the your tracker is connecting properly with your phone? In the meantime, I recommend double checking if your app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thank you for your feedback!

I go for my run as usual with my fitbit watch on the run option. When done, it gives me the results and I sync as per normal. It's connecting fine. Its after the update that the recording on the app is different compared to the watch results.

Kind regards,
Willie

Hello @Willie_deWet, when you say connected ting fine, you don't see a line through the phone emblem on the Blazs?

Does the map look like it displays your run properly?
