Resting BPM

Throughout the day my BPM is always around 55-65 (I sit at work almost all day). I do exercise at least 3 times a week. This issue I am having is that my Blaze is telling me that I have a resting BPM of 49. This seems really low and with research I have done that seems to be in the range of bradycardia. I go to my annual physicals and I have never had them tell me of any issues. Should my true resting heart rate be what ever I am when I am sitting or actually a calculation based off of an average including sleep?

From what I have read, resting BPM does include sleep. Each morning I check my sleep and HR data. My observations are that both the quality of my sleep and my exorcise affect my resting BPM. Due to injury and other things I have seen it go up and down multiple times. My resting BPM tends to move towards my lowest BMP during sleep and at my best, it stays about 10 over my lowest during sleep.

Again, this is just my observations.

HOW IS RESTING HEART RATE MEASURED? Resting heart rate refers to the heart rate measured when you’re awake, calm, comfortable, and have not recently exerted yourself. We use your heart rate data from when you’re awake and asleep to estimate your resting heart rate. For best accuracy, wear your tracker to sleep. Your resting heart rate is usually higher than your heart rate while you are asleep, so don’t be surprised if your resting heart rate is higher than the lowest number that you see in your heart rate graphs. A normal resting heart rate can range anywhere from 40 to 100 beats per minute. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have other signs or symptoms, such as fainting, dizziness or shortness of breath.
