Hi there @Tanya19. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not responding 😕
Now, I'd like to know... When you put your tracker to charge, does it show anything at all on the display like that it's charging or it doesn't respond at all? Have you by any chance tried to restart your tracker and see if this brings it back to life? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
If none of that works, let me know and we can go from there!

Hi @FerdinandFitbit,
I am having the same problem. My blaze wont turn on, charge or restart. It was a Christmas '17 present so i've only had it for 5 months or so and now it's showing no signs of working.
Can you please advise me going forward?
Thanks,
Harry

My blaze worked yesterday and the battery was low so I plugged it in last night before going to bed. When I got up this morning it won’t sync or turn on and the screen looks like thermometer inside of a triangle. Any idea on what’s going on or how to fix it? Please help!

Mine is doing the same thing. There is nothing on the display when I plug it in to show that it’s charging. I’ve already tried restarting it too and that didn’t work.

It’s now working I pressed all the buttons at the same time and it rebooted but would do none of that the other day when I was trying this is the replacement I’ve already had coz my old one wasn’t syncing and all to say the least am not much impressed with the blaze I had the charge too before and never had a problem I only got this for the gps and don’t even use it that often
