Fitbit Blaze not charging

My battery ran flat, I've tried plugging it in the wall with different  wall adapter and the screen doesn't turn on, but the green lights in the back still flash. According to my phone the battery is flat and I have been trying to charge my Fitbit blaze for the last 3 hours.

A warm welcome to the Community @Michie01. If you are having inconveniences putting your Blaze to charge, I recommend following the instructions provided in this post.
