My fitbit blaze device is 7 months old and now it is not charging. When I place it in the fitbit charger it shows full battery but when i take it out it doesnt start. While charging i am also not able to slide the screen. So i am not able to restart. I am also not able to reset the device using troubleshooting options.

Hello @Kartyssr , welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for sharing what you've been experiencing with the Blaze not charging. Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? Let me know if you're able to see the battery percentage on the display when it's connected to the charger as well. 

 

Regarding the restart, it wouldn't be necessary to slide the screen, please make sure to follow the steps here below: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
