Fitbit Blaze not getting notifications from smartphone

My blaze does not get the notifications although settings are correct. I tried reboot smartphone, reinstall app, nothing helps. Does someone know the solution? thanks

Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems receiving notifications? If you do, could you please tell me which mobile device you have so I can provide you the correct steps to follow for this?

I'm also having the same issue and I have an iPhone 6s Plus.

You might want to take a look at this post where I gave another troubleshooting option to get this to work. It has worked for me several times so you might want to give it a try.
