Fitbit Blaze not maintaining charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My Fitbit Blaze is no longer holding a charge. I just got it in May of 2016. It's done some weird things after daylight savings ended like night keeping my hours of activity from 9-5, but the battery not maintains a charge is far worse. I charged from noon to 5 yesterday and this morning, it's dead again. After spending this much money, this should not be happening. I've taken off all heart rate monitoring, and I do sync fairly often. What is going on with my Fitbit?

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not holding a charge for as long as it should @Sgal3 😕

The battery on the Fitbit Blaze should last for at least 5 days (if you're using app notifications a lot like whatsapp or messenger notifications, this can make  the battery to last a little bit less due to receiving the notifications constantly but shouldn't be that much) but in your situation, less than 24 hours doesn't sound any good.

I'd recommend putting your tracker to charge again. Once it's fully charged, make sure to sync it and then start using it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync your tracker constantly for the next hours and once the battery dies again, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team. They will be able to see how the battery was  behaving in the battery logs and once they can confirm that the battery is not working as it should, the will be more than happy to get you back on track!

Let me know if you need more help with this and welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
