Fitbit Blaze not receiving notifications

I can’t get notifications on my Fitbit Blaze and I have watched all the YouTube videos and tried all the things it tells you to do on the app!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you checked if your tracker is paired? If you haven't, I recommend going to the Dashboard and if you don't see the Blaze icon it means that it is not paired and that you need to set it up by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If after pairing the tracker it continues without receiving notifications, I suggest taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.

The fitbit is paired yes. The icon is at the top right of the dashboard.
