It's great to see you around @ESL1. Can you please tell me which activity are you doing to earn active minutes? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. Also, you can take a look at our What are active minutes? article.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hi Alejandra, I wrote you earlier regarding my Fitbit Blaze not recording Minutes correctly when I played 18 holes golf for over 4 hours and also when I set tracker on Exercise=> Walk for 3 hours. In both occasion, it always show 10-15 Minutes .

An Active Minute is not the same as a minute of activity. You need to be active with a certain pace and intensity in order for it to count as Active so it may be that this isn't being achieved. Certainly, when golfing, I'd have to question whether the level of activity would be high enough to register as an Active Minute.

@ESL1To add to @MikeF post here is a bar chart of the way active minutes work. It needs a burst of 10 minutes at a minimum of 3 times your sleeping/resting BMR.

I would suggest you create an Activity Record from your PC's Dashboard via the Activity Log. The large stopwatch at the bottom of the view. This is a copy of your data and that way you can analyze your golf activity. I feel golf, being the way it is, there would not be 10 minute stretches of  fast walking. I need to walk at 5km/hr for 10 minutes to achieve a 10 minutes of Active Minutes or an Activity that gets my HR up for the minimum of 10 minutes.

When you create the record just click on the very small stopwatch next to the description and then click Calories for the chart

Here is an example but ignore the green line because I was analyzing Very Active Minutes as well which is 6 times your BMR.  So everything on or above the orange line with a continuous 10 minutes or more.
