Hi there, I bought my new Blaze 2 days ago and tried to charge it for a day. It’s completely setup but on my iOS app it’s got an icon with a battery and a cross on it and it’s now refusing to charge. Shall I just take it back to where I brought it and ask for another?

A warm welcome to the Community @Jennycallen and @wmchapman thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix the issue you are experiencing with your Blaze and would like to know if you have tried to restart it? If you haven't, restart your Blaze by doing the following:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
Let me know the outcome.
