I use my Fitbit Blaze as my morning wake up alarm and it now has suddenly stopped working. I've tried to reset, re-sync, turn on and off my phone like past posts suggested to no avail. Is there nothing that can be done to fix this or am I out another Fitbit? (Moved to a Blaze because my first had the band builtin and broke.) I like the product but I can't be buying a new one every 12-18 months that is just rediculous!!

Sorry I can’t help you with the problem. I can only agree a Blaze is an expensive piece of , well, junk. I’ve had many difficulties with mine . When I read the problems Blaze brings with it, it leaves me guessing why it has become obsolete..........
When I replace mine, I don’t think it will be a Fitbit. Very poor customer service.
