Fitbit Blaze not working properly

My blaze hasn't been tracking sleep or heart rate overnight for nearly a week. The battery is only lasting up to two days long. As well as this, the music control will not connect to my android phone. I have gone through all the troubleshooting processes and read other forums and solutions of what I should do, but nothing seems to be working. What should I do?

Do you play a lot of music with it as that will drain the battery.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
