Fitbit Blaze, suddenly stopped working only watch display, no touch screen working, no side keys working, not syncing with iphone

Normally when fitbits have a problem a restart is the most likely fix. It's worth trying but as the buttons don't seem to be working then I'm not that hopeful. Here's how to restart:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

If that procedure is not possible then I don't see any other option than to contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com
