Hi , I used to use the Charge HR with One Plus 3 and it worked just fine. However after moving to the Blaze, I wanted my stats / trophies badges reset as i had switched after a while. I was told by Fitbit support that i can only do this by using another email ID which i did. The Blaze DID show up on my old ID. When i tried to add the new Blaze with the new gmail ID it located the blaze and gave me the 4 digit pin/passcode.
However on insterting the 4 digit pin / passcode into the app i get the message "fitbit.com is down for maintenance" and when I try via the Mac on Fitbit Connect it doesnt connect using the 4 digit pin as well which previously worked on my old email id which i used for the HR.
It is not an issue of compatability otherwise the phone wouldnt have recognised the Blaze initially ..
Any assistance would be genuiely appreciated.

A warm welcome to the Community @SoccerVmt. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and try the setup procedure one more time from your computer.
