The little arm / post which allows you to retract the pin from the bezel has snapped meaning the frame is now stuck to its current wristband.
Anyone else had this issue?

Wh3n you do need to remove tye band, take a pen knife or other sharp knife, there are videos on YouTube showing this. Placing the edge between the band and the housing will allow you to release the pin. Ive been doing this method for the last 50+ years.
You might also be able to release it by putting something in the hole the pin came out of.
Also most jewelry stores have a special tool and it will take the 10 seconds to release the band.

Thanks, managed to slip a depth gauge in the gap and slip it open.
quite difficult and if you have a leather strap as it may damage it. I'd also reccomend contacting support first - just in case

Happens all the time with watch pins. Like @Rich_Laue suggested, use a knife or take it to any jewelry store that replaces watch straps. They'll have a tool that can get that pin out.
