My Fitbit Blaze screen went black and it would not restart since 3 days ago. The green light blinked in the black so I know it’s still working. But now, 3 days later, the green light stopped blinking even thought I’ve charged it. I was told many times to press the back button and the lower right button but the tracker did not come back on.
Please help. I’ve only had the Blaze for 1 year and 10 months I can’t believe it stopped working so quickly and suddenly.

I am searching for information on the same topic. The face is black and the green light is flashing on the back. According to the Fitbit app the battery is full. I have had mine around 18 months. I am wondering if any moisture is inside so will place ina rice bag overnight. Here’s hoping! Very frustrated 😞
