Hi, I've had my blaze for around two years, but a month ago the screen went black, but the heart monitor was flashing, I tried resetting (left button and bottom right button), it worked, but it did it again, so I tried resetting it again but this time it didn't work, I tried it a few more times and nothing, so I don't know what to do.
Please help I love using my Fitbit

I'm sorry to hear that the display on your tracker is not responding at all 😕 I totally understand where you're coming from as I also love my Blaze and would feel lost without it!
Restarting your tracker was a great thing to do but since it's no longer working, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support Team. They will be taking a deeper look and they will help getting you back on track as soon as possible based on the options they have for you.

Hello, I have been having the same issue. At first it started out that the Fit Bit logo was stuck on my screen. I restarted it but then two nights ago my Blaze shut off. I thought it was the battery and I left my charger at work so I had to wait until the next day to charge it. Once the battery was charged and I removed the Blaze from my charger the screen stayed black. I tried to restart it but all it will do is pulse a couple of times. I love love love my Blaze and I am completely lost without it. Please help!
