Fitbit Blaze stopped recording floors

My Fitbit Blaze worked fine for the first couple of months.  Suddenly one day, it stopped recording floors climbed.  Every day now reads 0 for floors climbed.  Everything else still seems to be working.  So far, I made sure I had the latest firmware (8.200.3), I reset the device several times, made sure the back was clean and nothing was obstructing the altimer sensor, made sure the device was not on too tight.  Nothing seems to work.  I can't get it to register a single floor anymore.  Anything else I can try?  Could the altimeter be defective?

Hello @Jamas01 welcome to the Fitbit Community!  Fitbit trackers count floors by using an altimeter sensor that can detect when you're going up or down in elevation. Your tracker registers one floor when you climb about ten feet at one time. I would  like to ask if you tried the restart process advised by @SunsetRunner?  If you did and your tracker is not counting floors my advise is to contact our support team for assistance.

Keep me posted! 🙂
