Fitbit Blaze stopped tracking my sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've got the Fitbit Blaze. It just recently had a firmware update and since then (April 7) it has not tracked my sleep. I've tried restarting the Blaze per old strings on this topic to no avail. Any ideas on what is going on?

Thanks

Welcome to the Community @jange.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Blaze isn't registering your sleep information, I recommend taking a look at the What should I know about sleep stages? article, go to the Why don't I see sleep stages today? part of this article and follow the instructions provided there.

Keep in mind that you can always manually log your sleep by doing the following from the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the + icon and tap Begin Sleep Now. You can minimize the app and sleep will still be tracked.
  3. When you wake up, tap I'm Awake, then tap View Summary to see a summary of your sleep.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

I have the same problem and it coincides with the latest update to my app. I also noticed when I pull down to sync with my fitbit it doesn’t take the proper time to sync it just automatically stops right away.

Deleting the app and reinstalling it seems to fix the problem
