I love my Fitbit Blaze, since receiving it in August 16. Unfortunately yesterday the strap snapped off right at the join to the body of the watch and some of the plastic snapped off. Gutted, because I did loads of steps yesterday and now I'll never know how many!
How can I go about getting this replaced? Do I need to take the watch back to the shop? It's less than a year old so I assume this is covered by warranty.

If the shop will replace it after this time then that will be the easiest and quickest solution.
Failing that you will still be covered by fitbit's warranty which lasts for 2 years if you are in Europe and 1 year elsewhere.
